17 R4, DPM not compatible?
Hello,
So I recently bought an Alienware 17 R4 and decided to download DPM (Dell Power Manager) software yesterday. The reason being that I want to set the laptop's maximum charge to 60% before switching to AC power. Unfortunately, the software only shows an overview of my battery and does not allow me access to settings. It says "the battery setting cannot be detected" as in the attached screenshot. So is this a compatibility issue with the software? Thanks!

Hi,
This DPM driver page does not list Alienware under "Compatible Systems".
Have you noticed any problems when charging your battery normally? Please check in the Bios menu (F2) to confirm what is shows for the battery health.
