Hi @BenjPhill welcome to this free user-to-user Alienware laptop discussion forum.
Please visit Ethernet driver's Power Management tab to ensure that computer cannot turn off this device to save power, see following image. Visit Programs & Features and delete Killer applications. Restart (not Shut Down). Windows 10, 64-bit Version 22H2 Start menu should now have Killer Intelligence Center.

Hope this helps all of you, but quite late to the part. I’ve found I have to do this with my Wi-Fi drivers as well to get connection.
go to device manager
go to network adapters
for wired internet right click on the “gigabit Ethernet controller” and select properties.
of the tabs go to the one labeled “driver”
select driver update
browse my computer
below the browse there’s blue text, “let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer”
select either (I go with Microsoft) and next.
This resolved my issue and hope it works for others, if not I hope another person comes along with a new method.
