17 R4, Light signal 2.1 CPU FAILURE
Hi,
my laptop don't work and signal 2 times red and 1 blue wich mean CPU Failure ..... any solution please ??
before 2 days the laptop was shutting down instantly when i work with .

Dell does not repair MBs only replace them. If you have a local shop that can repair the MB, which would appear to mean replacing the CPU, then that would be your only alternative if you do not want to replace the MB.

The blink code does indeed indicate a CPU failure and the symptom you mentioned would also seem to indicate a CPU problem. Restart the system and at the Alienware logo start tapping F12. Run full diagnostics paying special attention to the CPU results. But judging from your post it would look like the CPU needs to be replaced. And since I believe the CPU is soldered onto the MB, that would mean replacing the entire MB.

hi, in this moment , my laptop don't work and don't start , only signal code 2 red and 1 blue,
i think the same thing, replacing the MB is the only solution ? can't be repaired ?
