17 R4, not charging
My Alienware Laptop is not Charging. Got everything connected and had run different tests so far. Nothing worked for me. Any known fix for this?

Hi @whispers2011,
Is the AC Adapter working properly? Is the light on?
If so, you can try a power drain and a BIOS update.

My AC Adapter is Chargin (Lights on). A BIOS update is only possible with 10% akku left... im at 1% now. Laptop working with cable connected. without it shuts down. So Bios update is not possible without a workaround for that 10% limit... !?
