    Hi @HoNa welcome to this free user to user Alienware laptop discussion forum. This is not Dell Support.

    Unable to find Product Support for your Alienware 15 R5, is it Alienware 15 (R1) ?

    HoNa,

    The private Service Tag that you provided to DELL-Cares is for an Optiplex 3020? You need to boot into the BIOS and verify the 17 R5 Service Tag and cross check that with the label. Then send it to the DELL-Cares agents via their private message.

    You also need to explain what this means, "I just change my Windows 10". Change it from what? Explain in detail.

    Hi @HoNa  thank you for sharing update.

    Please click on Product Support and allow Dell to automatically identify your Model and Revision number (e.g. Alienware 17 R5). Do not share your private System Service Tag and/or Express Service Code in this public forum.

    (1) During boot, at Alienware splash screen, press and hold down F12 key to open boot menu. Using up and down keys select Diagnostics option and press enter key.

    (2) Alternatively, if Alienware 17 R5, click on its Diagnostics and run 40 minutes Full Test to thoroughly analyse your PC and detect hardware problems.

    Please note Alienware 17 R5 operating system drivers are for Windows 10, 64-bit.

    Hi @HoNa  there is a different way to access support customized for your product by visiting Dell webpage for your generic system overview, click on Enter Service Tag, then in next window, click on link to Detect your PC

    Access support customized for your product.jpgEnter your Service Tag.jpg

    The online 17 R5 Service Manual explains the BIOS System setup on page 133.

    * Plug the external AC power adapter into the 17 R5
    * Restart the 17 R5
    * Press F2 when the Dell logo is displayed to enter the BIOS setup program
    * The main screen should show the private Service Tag
