18 R1, change primary GPU, no access to Nvidia control panel

I was gaming yesterday and the computer froze. When I restarted the screen were filled with flickering lines past the bios screen. I figure this is a hardware problem and I think switching to my other GPU would fix the issue. However I can't access the control panel and there are no obvious convenient option in the bios settings. Anyone have some suggestions? It seems I'm running on the integrated graphics right now and I've been able to disable the flickering lines by deactivating the first GPU in the device manager.
