610M wired/wireless mouse. Need usb cable replacement
I am in search of a good usb cable replacement that will fit in the Alienware 610M wired/wireless gaming mouse. The couple I have ordered from Amazon do not fit into the mouse and make it impossible to charge it. I do have a second mouse with the cable I can use, but I would like to not have to switch back and forth with 1 cable. I have contacted Dell directly but they cannot locate a replacement part for me to order. Has anyone found a suitable replacement cable to use with these mice? Overall I love the mouse, but I have lost the cable I had for the second one and can't find it anywhere.

The 610M wired/wireless mouse has a specific Dell proprietary design of cable plug. Please click on @DELL-Cares and send them Private Message asking for assistance. This 610M cable should be in the internal Dell Catalogue of replacement parts and Dell-Cares might know how to get this for you.
Purchase of 610M comes with one year Dell warranty. Check purchase invoice date to see if Dell warranty support can be invoked to get free replacement Dell proprietary cable.

I can't find a replacement that will work either. I would not have purchased this mouse if I had known it had a proprietary cable.

My M610 Alienware mouse either was missing the USB cable or it got misplaced... Anyway I found a supplier in Amazon that works perfectly. I don't think I can post a link but if you search
CableCreation 4 Feet USB to Micro USB Fast Charging Cable
You'll find it. They also sell a 0.5 foot cable that works with the mouse

right Alienware designed it so you need their cable. But they don’t offer replacements. Worst every. Never buy an Alienware mouse again
