A 2-7 code is display failure. If your laptop still has warranty then you will need to contact Dell Support. If you are only just out of warranty then you can pay for a warranty extension and then contact Dell Support.
You can try to Google possible fixes but the chances are that you may need to replace the display, the display cable or the motherboard.
You can try doing a power reset buy unplugging the laptop and holding the power button down for 30-60 seconds. This can sometimes fix glitches but if there's a hardware failure then you will need a repair.
