Alienware 15r3 SSD intel firmware update failed

Hey all,

I bought an Alienware 15r3 laptop in nov 17 and been updating its drivers.  I was attempting to update the SSD Firmware that Dell provides on their support and followed the readme.pdf (run in admin command prompt blah blah).  It failed to update the driver and then the laptop went into a spin cycle of BSOD and repair mode several times.  I have been able to boot to win10 but there might be some lingering issues.

Should I reset it back to factory and give Dell the ol eff ur dates? 

Also does anyone might know where the installation logs might be for this?

Frankly, its on me for now properly backing up an image etc. if I lose anything so..
