Alienware 17 R5 or what use to be

Im gonna be short because 52 sentences just erased when I hit send due to error. . I got this laptop a little over a year ago. Never used until about 3 months ago except for around 10 hours. I had the proxy error. I spent weeks trying to fix the issue and was told by dell certified help here after trying everything to factory reset that I had a recovery included. Reset, pulled out the box I had only opened when receiving the machine to find no recovery drive. No longer have anything Alienware after stressing I did not want to lose the OS and have it as it was the day I received it. I know I am missing drives and software. Dell support will not download some drivers the chipset being the main one. No telling how many are missing and how much is running off generic drives. Unacceptable for a machine so expensive. I wish the previous message had posted. It was well detailed and aggravating that I am having to re-type. I need help with getting what I had. Proxy error is fixed. everything else is all to . I've been learning heaps and at it for over a month to be back to this point. I'm looking for a recovery to start over for what I hope to be the last time.
