Alienware Command Center & Audio Console

Hi there.

I recently updated my Alienware Bios for my 17" R5. For Some reason I do not see the sound functions in my Fusion tab and was wondering if I should reinstall the Command Center? Furthermore I sometimes get issues with the Audio Console, for when I plug in earphones it does not always bring up the Jack popup to change from speakers to earphones. Only after restarting the laptop then it would change, I updated the audio drivers aswell, for I received distortion in my left speaker when going over 40 with the sound...

Anyone else have these problems, or any solutions? Any help will be appreciated.

Kind Regards

Hi @Frana1234,

Uninstall the Audio driver and leave the Windows generic one.

Uninstall and reinstall the command center, following ALL the steps on this article. Install version 5.2.0.0.
