I installed the previous version and it didn't fix it. I noticed that when i change from performance to Full Speed the fans start going fast like it would before but few seconds later the speed goes down to the "performance" speed.
The temp is going up too. I usually had 70C in overwatch now everything is 81C and the laptop is hot.
I’m thinking dust and thermal paste are the issues for your temps. Also what’s your cpu clock speed when playing cause I literally mention this to everyone that more cores and a newer architecture for the CPU means you don’t need to really overclock it at 4.5Ghz and higher since it makes no difference. I also recommend you try turning off stuff that you don’t really need in games like ultra quality shadows when you’re perfectly ok seeing medium quality shadows.

Have you reinstalled it and made sure visual studios c++ is updated to its latest version plus the command center?

Yes, just reinstalled it and it still doesn't change profiles.
