Alienware Headset AW720H
The microphone will stop working and noone can hear anything I can say. I have already did a warranty claim and this one is doing the same thing. I've tried updating the firmware. Still doesn't resolve.

Two AW720H, same issue points to some other hardware or software fault. Our users need more data =
* What PC model?
* What operating system?

It's an Alienware Laptop. I'll have to get the model when I get home. Windows 10 OS.
We use discord for our voice chatting. So not sure if that matters or not.
