What specific Alienware model? Run diagnostics. It could be the HDD/SSD is failing. Restart the system and at the Alienware splash logo start tapping F12. Run full diagnostics and watch for any drive errors.

i have run the checked and no disk failure detected. Only battery recommendation received. thanks.
