G15 5515, Alienware OC and Sound Center not installing from Microsoft Store

Question

Alienware OC and Alienware Sound Center cannot be downloaded. Alienware Command Center does not appear in the Microsoft Store, so I cannot update it. The full version I downloaded from the Dell support service also directs me to the library in the Microsoft Store with a message saying 'You already have this application.'. If I enter the Microsoft Store while Alienware is open, the download starts, but it restarts the download by saying that you have this application.

5515 Ryzen Edition modelini kullanıyorum. Alinware Command Center'ı, sürüme özel programın sağlandığı Dell sitesinden yükledim. Windows 11 kullanıyorum. Kullanıma hazır diyor ama kullanamıyorum. İnternette yaptığım bazı araştırmalar sonucunda Microsoft Store'dan güncelleme yapmam gerektiği sonucuna vardım, en azından araştırdığım kaynakların çoğunda böyle yapılıyordu.

I am using the 5515 Ryzen Edition model. I installed Alienware Command Center from the Dell site where the version specific program is provided. I am using Windows 11. It says ready to use but I can't use it. As a result of some research I did on the internet, I came to the conclusion that I needed to update from the Microsoft Store, at least that's how it was done in most of the sources I researched.

As a result of the process (it did not require much effort) I unfortunately realized that Alienware Sounds Center and OC Center cannot be installed on this laptop. The sad thing is not that it can't be uploaded, but that they don't do anything special for us about it. Although we cannot use the main interface of Alienware Command Center, it sometimes crashes when trying to use the main interface. Also, while researching this topic, I learned that even RAM cannot be overclocked. ALSO THERE IS NO BIOS RELATED TO THIS. I am happy with your Dell graphics card and processor. You did nothing for these ryzen edition laptops and YES YOU WERE NOT HONEST TOO. You did not feel the need to respond to the issue I opened before.

In the alienware command center, the application says to install this and that at least 2-3 times (i.e. OC control center and sound center) and it is definitely not installed. When I try it online, a screen appears with the overclocking center at the bottom right, but after a short load, it gives a white screen and closes. my pc: rtx 3050 5600h 24 gb ram laptop dell g15 5515
