Alienware TactX KG900, no Advanced mode in FX Editor
Hello, people!
Today, I became a happy owner of new Alienware KB (KG900 Model).
And I can not solve a problem I have with it by myself...
I use a non-Alienware PC with non-Alienware system.
Win7 x64 Utimate.
Manually installed all software fom the original CD and then reinstalled from the official website.
Latest Net Framework etc.
As we can see on this video, it is possible to use "advanced FX editor settings" etc.
But when I start my FX Editor I can see only this:
BTW I can see on my system tray that icon:
Double left klick starts FX Editor (picture attached over).
Right klick makes nothing, even can not exit or close.
So the question is, what I`ve did wrong?
Is it possible to use advanced FX editor mode?!

With all due respect, but the only way to get support in the official community is to answer the questions of the virtual assistant? I don’t even understand what it is asking me about. I came to the official DELL community for help from REAL people, users of the same product. (KG900). Have sent You all info I can find on my KB.

So, firstly You ask for a Service Tag / Express Service Code/ Order number. (What 4?!)
And now You`ve wrote this:

Looks like You even have not read a question.
We are talking about an official Dell software - Alien FX Editor.
Or it`s "warranty" has expired too?
How can I personally evaluate your answer, is there such an opportunity?
Is there a group for quality control of the forum staff?
