x14 R2, AX211 WiFi not working

Question

Hello, hope you are all having a good day. My wifi isn't working properly, I already tried checking for updates on the driver and installing the latest one manually, desactivating and even uninstalling it but nothing seems to be a permanent solution since the problem comes back sometimes when I turn on the laptop again, when I take my computer to work or even some seconds after I connect it again to wifi. Does anyone have the same problem? When I make changes in that particular controller it starts refreshing this page automatically a couple of times and only when it ends the problem icon appears again. I think it's a driver problem more than a problem with my antenna.

Perhaps start with this...

Practical HOW2

Download and install the latest BIOS for the X14 R2 from Dell.
Download the newest Intel/Dell AX211 driver.
In Device Manager, uninstall the AX211 device and tick the driver-delete box if offered, then reboot and reinstall the fresh driver.
In adapter Properties, disable power saving and test 5 GHz-only or ax/ac mode changes.
Run netsh winsock reset, netsh int ip reset, and flush DNS, then reboot.
If it still drops, do Windows Network Reset.

Well I will suggest you to install or update driver to it's latest version you can do it from the official site or you can try a driver update tool like advanced driver updater or driver easy.

Clean driver reinstall

In Device Manager, uninstall the Intel AX211 adapter and tick delete the driver software if offered.
Also remove the Intel Bluetooth entry if it is bundled with the same wireless package.
Reboot, then install the latest Dell-provided Wi‑Fi driver for the X14 R2 rather than relying on Windows Update. Download in advance.
If it still fails, try the previous Dell driver version too, because AX211 regressions have been reported after newer driver updates. learn.microsoft+1

BIOS and firmware

Update to the latest Dell BIOS available for the machine.
If your system has Intel chipset/ME updates available from Dell, install those too.

Power management

In Device Manager, open the AX211 properties and turn off Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
In Windows power settings, disable aggressive wireless power saving if present.

When it is probably hardware

If the card disappears from Device Manager, returns only after a cold power cycle, or keeps failing across clean driver installs and BIOS updates, suspect hardware.
