Area-51m, keyboard locks, keypad not working
$5000 Area 51 Alienware. Purchased on order in January, received at the start of Feb 2020.
Keyboard locks. (1 Week after purchase)
Keypad stops lighting (1.5 Weeks After Purchase)
No Gamers, No Games. I only wanted a fast computer. All I got was $5000 out of my pocket and a big wish I never stuck with DELL.CA
You guys, give me a heads up I'm waiting for your help to my situation. I have called, numerous service tags. I just want now an express phone # to my issue. $5000 spent is enough to make me believe that I was scammed and may be contacting .
I wish NO GAMER to buy this monstrosity of malware.

Shortly? I expect him now. If you can tell, I've lost a lot of business/time/money/family life with this computer not functioning. I've been told to wait weeks, to no help.
What is your decision executive in Canada? I want my refund.
