Area-51m, Netherlands, no RTX 2080 option
Hi,
I want to order an Alienware Area 51m with a 9900k and RTX 2080 in the Netherlands. Unfortunately I can't find the option on the dutch Dell website. Is there a reason for this? Is the option coming back?

Dont know if this will help but when I was ordering of Irish website they didnt have the i9-9900k as an option. When I contacted customer service on live chat they provided a link for the laptop with this option.

I ordered one on the 25th of March, it arrived after about 1 month, but died 3 days later. A couple of days later a repair guy came by with a new motherboard. It did not work and instead when I tried turning it on there was a spark and smoke coming out of it.
I then got a full refund and ordered a new one. It now says it will arrive early/mid july but I am not hopeful it will as we have both discovered it is not even being sold right now. I have of course tried to move my order to the top of the queue but the customer support is saying it will be hard. Probably because they are recalling all 2080 cards right now and have not had good ones manufactured yet.
I have however put a proposal forward to have the computer fitted with a 2070 card and delivered to me asap and then the 2080 card sent when they are tested and ok. The repair guy can then fit it and take the 2070 back.

I spoke with someone from "dell" through online chat. He replied that the absence of RTX2080 is temporary. I hope the option will come back soon! Repair me this card and quickly! ^^ (sorry for my english google translate)
