Area-51m R1, FN lock?
Hello All,
Just received my new Area-51m and have a quick question as I've already tried to "Google" for an answer.
Is there a way to perform a FN Lock? As in lock the FN key where you would no longer have to hit the FN+F5 in order to adjust the volume up? You'd just hit the F5 button.
My previous laptop had this feature and I'd like to enable it if possible.
I have tried going into the BIOS and changing the Function Key to "multimedia" but that has no effect on the FN key behavior.
Any help would be appreciated.

im having the same issue? i changed the bios from function to multimedia still not working, tried everything, did you find a way ?

Follow the instructions to reset the bios, if your alienware doesn't have a Fn Lock on the ESC button... most don't.
