Area-51m R1, not detecting RTX 2080
If anyone can help I’ll be massively grateful! The device manager is stating code 45 and saying that my 2080 is not connected but the bios menu still lists it. I’m currently booting with onboard graphics and I don’t know what to do. Any help is appreciated!

This web page may help. Also run diagnostics to make sure the GPU has not failed. Restart the system and at the Alienware splash screen start tapping F12. Choose full diagnostics and watch for any GPU errors.

Thanks for the help, I’ve tried all of that, I think I’ll have to get in touch with Dell. No errors reported, it’s just plodding along as if using integrated graphics is completely normal.
