Area-51m R1, primary surface test failed

hey guys! maybe someone can help me

I just ran Dell diagnostics on my brand new alienware a51m with a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080, and i found the error Primary Surface Test Failed, and i spend the whole day updating everything, and also reinstalling the video drivers, and still got the same error.

can't find anything useful on the web either.
