Area-51m R1, thermal paste recommendation

Hello everyone.

I have an Alienware Area 51m R1 with the  Intel core i7 9700K and RTX 2070 model with side vents. I have been noticing that it constantly hits 100C degrees under normal use. My assumption is that the thermal paste needs to be replaced along with dust build up in the fans and heatsink that needs to be cleaned.

After doing some research, I found that laptops are susceptible to the pump out effect, while desktops are not affected due to more heat being generated on laptops. So I would need a thermal paste that is pump out resistant. 

Many YouTubers they highly suggested using thermal pads specifically the PTM7950. The problem is that it is very expensive. But I might consider doing it in the future if it’s worth it and lasts a while.

Anyways I’m down to a couple of options

Geld GC extreme

Thermal right XFX high performance 

Arctic MX-6

Right now I am thinking about getting the Geld GC extreme one as people seemed to like it.

any thoughts or suggestions?
