Hello, my Alienware A51m turns off Alone with extreme performance and without extreme performance, the temperatures are normal (50-60 °) and it still Presents the Problem, I have also noticed that it turns off at the time of a power outage, and it happened while rendering in a 3d program

Sounds like a power board issue but have you run the ePSA inside of the F12 boot options?

Hi @Rodrigotmb21q1 could be a power problem. Have a look at Battery, Power, and Fan. 

What is your main battery condition? Create a Win10 battery Report to see if its getting to the end of its life. 

Disconnect the battery and try running off the ac adapter only?
