Fan - The (VGA Fan) fan failed to respond correctly
Any help is appreciated

Quite simply, replace the fan. Diagnostics is telling you that the VGA fan has problems. Run diagnostics (F12 immediately at boot) to confirm the fan error. Now it is possible that if it happens very intermittently then the fan could be dirty and filled with dust. Try blowing the dust out of the vents.

Pre-start check of SupportAssist system performance
Alienware Area-51m R2 Requires attention
Error code: 511 (Processor Fan)
Description: Fan unresponsive
Recommended action
Diagnostics indicate that there may be a problem with the system fan.
Inspect the computer for blockages in the vents. Remove excess lint, dust, and debris from vents and fans.
Perform the BIOS update. Restart your computer and rerun the PSA diagnostics.
If you are unable to resolve the issue, please contact Dell Technical Support for additional assistance.
Contact Dell to have the system replaced. There's little sense repairing a brand new system (12 JULY 2021) that's defective out of the box.

Have you resolved this? I really regret choosing Dell now. After spending $4500 on this heavy machine, I keep getting this error mostly on all boot ups. Sometimes the fan works fine, sometime it doesn't. Surely it might be a bios issue? Bios updated many times. But the problem persists.

Hi @Alan0Bits @Superpaox @vaschelsea ,
Have you guys tried to do a flea power discharge? that should help as my 17 r4 kept saying that the fan did not work and it needs service. I did a power discharge and it fixed itself, I disconnected the battery after I turned the laptop off and held the power button. Then I let go of the power button and then plugged the battery back in and turned it on.
