Area-51m R2, random BSOD (IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL)

I've had this Area51MR2 for about 2 months, since day one I've been experiencing a random blue screen periodically, seems to always have the same error of IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL .

The task being performed doesn't seem to force the BSOD, the pc could be idle while I'm on the  phone and will trigger the BSOD or I could be typing an email and same BSOD occurs. When the pc is under extreme load, has yet to experience any issues.

The BSOD started to occur every other day up until mid February when I called support to complain also about an issue with support assist and command center. I've been trying to resolve the issue with support. Had an issues with support assist + command center not loading and/or freezing up, a new install of support assist and command center resolved that issue. Since then, the BSOB wasn't every other day and went a good 2 weeks error free. Since beginning of March I've started to experience the same BSOD on 1st, 9th and today (11th).

Dell support believes it's now related to my additional Samsung EVO 860 SSD. The next step is to remove the Samsung SSD and trial test the pc for the month to see if the issue persists. Does this make sense to anyone, being that after removing and re-installing support assist + command center just happened to resolve the issue for over a week, then issue populates it's self again..and it's possibly related to my additional SSD? The Samsung EVO 860 SSD is only being used for storage, no programs running off the drive. I could remove the drive but obviously it's a hassle being it's full of docs and data files for work. Is this drive on a non-compatible list for Alienware?

Currently all drivers show up to date on support assist and running on bios 1.6. I've run the support assist and website full scans, no reported issues detected. (along with the dell phone tech support test which space game graphics test on the screen, no issues reported)

Not sure if this helps with information, I ran a scan on userbenchmarks:

Hi @IrishBond007  welcome to this user to user forum. This is not Dell Support.

If not already undertaken, at splash screen hold down F12 key, when boot window appears run (ePSA) Diagnostics for more advanced POST test of hardware (see attached video). Having Booted into operating system, run Check Disk to find and fix any file faults on the OS(C:) drive. Please record date and time of blue screen occurrences. Run Reliability Monitor to get event time line, look for event date and time that is same as your blue screen date and time. Hopefully, this will reveal the root cause of the blue screen.

Please click on Kudos to say thank you for response from another user. Please share an update on progress, so that other users derive benefit from your experience. Thank you.
