Area-51m R2, RTX 2080 Super, >40FPS

Experiencing low FPS performance while trying to play various titles - No Man's Sky, Diablo 2. Problem persists independent of external monitors connected or not. All drivers are up to date according Nvidia and Dell SupportAssist as of today 5/31/22. Please help; this is embarrassing for a $4K machine.
