Area-51m, Seagate SSD 2TB 2.5", compatible?
Hi everyone,
I want to buy this SSD on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07T87W4CP/ref=dp_ob_neva_mobile
Seagate BarraCuda SSD 2TB Internal Solid State Drive – 2.5 Inch SATA 6Gb/s for Computer Desktop PC Laptop (ZA2000CM1A002)
My question is: Does it compatible with Laptop Alienware Area-51m?

Hi
I prefer Samsung to other brands but I'm pretty sure it is compatible.
Have you used both slots for NVMe in your laptop yet? I suggest that you should use them first. It's better to have the second M.2 than SSD SATA.
What brand is your NVme?
There are three disks in my Area-51m: M.2 NVMe 970 Pro 1TB, M.2 NVMe 970 EVO 2TB and SSD SATA 860EVO 2TB. In that case there is Samsung Magician installed for controlling all disks only instead two o three software for different brand of disks.
