A tech had to come out and replace the keyboard. All is working well now. I appreciate the Dell Mod in here's fast response to me in getting this taken care of!
Hey man, sorry took me a while to respond. Actually my Area-51m has a bad motherboard which has to be replaced. The issue I was having is getting worse and it sounds to me like you could have a faulty keyboard. Because if they don't work at all anymore they probably went bad permanently. I would recommend contacting Dell Alienware Support. I have the Premium Support Plus and they are taking care of it under warranty.
I have the same issue after 3 years of usage. Until yesterday the keys stopped working for few minutes. Now they are dead. Unfortunately my warranty is expire and I can't replace the keyboard, but I'm not sure that this will help.
