AW610M, scroll wheel and macro button

My mouse is an Alienware AW610M model and the scroll wheel is not working anymore. I am sure it is a mechanical problem, not a software or any other problem. There is a problem with the mouse and I want it repaired. The other problem is that the macro keys on the side of the mouse do not work as before. I am sure it is a mechanical problem as well. It is very slow to activate. How can I get these fixed in Ankara, Turkey? Do you have a dealer or is it possible for me to ship them to your mechanical repairers?

The mouse can only be replaced if under warranty -- if it is, contact the seller from which you purchased it.  Dell doesn't have direct support in Turkey -  you need to go through a dealer.

If you have NVIDIA bloatware on your PC, get rid of it. I had problems with the mouse scroll problem as well. I could get Windows scrolling fixed then Google scroling would be messed up. I went back and forth trying to get scrolling working for both. This morning, I uninstalled all of the NVIDIA driver bloatware. The problem is now fixed.
