AW920H mic not working

So I bought these last week. They were working great and everything I even started using them to listen to music with my phone.

Today all of a sudden the microphone stopped working. It is like the microphone is not even there. I tried updating everything, forgetting the device on every device I have and it doesn't not work. I even tried the included 3.5mm inline audio cable, the dongle, and everything. They are basically only working to listen not to talk.
