boot fail on device, stuck with TPM/Bitlocker can't repair

So I can't boot into windows now. I use bitlocker and for years it's been fine using with my usb key to unlock and load windows. This morning I can't get into the computer. So I use the supportassist with no luck. I can't repair it, and after running a diagnostic everything is fine. hard drive memory, etc...

I have the latest bios..nothing. I think it's because of a bad boot sector and stuck with tpm?
