Aurora R13, RTX 3080 Ti buzzing noise
Alienware Aurora R13
Is there someplace I can take my R13 to have the RTX 3080 Ti fixed? There is a buzzing noise the the GPU fans are at low speed. I live in San Antonio about 2 hours from Round Rock, TX and can drive to Dell HQ if necessary.

Dell does not have carry-in repair -- call support and they'll either dispatch a technician if you have onsite service, or arrange repair if not. If it's just the GPU card, they'll probably ship it so you can replace and return the defective one rather than having you ship the system.

@ejn63 I am not giving my personal information to an Indian call center. And there is NO WAY I'm knowingly allowing a computer from India remote control of my system. That place is lawless when it comes to Cyber security. If I could get through to a US based customer support center I would be much more comfortable doing so.
When I first started buying Alienware back in the early 2000s, all support was US based.

They are not going to dispatch a repair technician from India...
