m17 R2, need help recovering the BIOS Administrator password

Dear Dell Support,

I need help recovering the BIOS Administrator password on my 2019 Dell Alienware m17 R2 laptop. I have forgotten the password and need a password release code.

Product Details:
- Model: Alienware m17 R2
- Current BIOS: 1.25.0

What I have tried:
- Entered the BIOS (F2) and attempted to clear the Admin Password directly.
- Tried several likely passwords. After 3 failed attempts, the screen shows
  the "System Disabled" message, but no numeric code is displayed on screen.
- I have NOT flashed the BIOS or modified any firmware.

I confirm that I am the sole owner of this system and I can provide proof of purchase if required. Please provide me with the password release code so I can regain access to the BIOS. What is the best way for me to proceed and
what documents do you need from me?
