Finally giving up on Dell

We've  been Dell customers for over 20 years, but our latest problems and lack of support with our Alienware laptop has us looking elsewhere for our computer needs.  After paying for and having excellent onsite service,  the past year has been a nightmare.  The "next day" onsite service has dwindled to maybe we'll get to it in a week or two and our latest tech problem has us being requested to remove any personal data, back up, and mail it to us.  My husband and daughter's Dells are much older than mine and haven't had any of the problems the new units are experiencing

Thanks, I will mail you this one because I just renewed my warranty, but I'll find another computer to be my workhorse because apparently your workhorses are too weak and old to continue.
