Help with my laptop.

So I recently purchase a gaming laptop from best buy. Although, I do love it there was a few issues since I got it. When I open google chrome. The screen would flash white for a split second but would continue like normal. There was a weird circumstance a few days ago where the screen zoomed in by itself and then zoomed out. Not sure what that is about but I thought it was important to talk about. I  also tried to turn on my laptop today but the alienware icon turned yellow then red and then turned off. I was not sure if it was when I had my charger plugged in where it worked but I was already on full battery.
