Best option is to sell the system yourself and order a new one. Though Dell offers trade-ins in some locations, as it typical you'll receive only a small fraction of the value of the system as a trade-in.
Check prices on EBay for going rates for whatever model you have (or start with something like 40% of the original price if you're beginning negotiations with a buyer).
