I can't use my alienware application, I get a connectivity error
Update Available appears on the screen, I already tried to uninstall the application and delete the residual files and then reinstall it and still it does not allow me to open it, contact Dell support and they did not want to help me, because I am out of the technical support area

I have Windows 11, the model is AWX17R1-7996WHT-PUS, I uninstalled the application and reinstalled it and it still cannot be opened and the same error appears, I live on the US border and that is why they do not validate the guarantee I suppose

Hi @Dyanaya please provide additional information. Model & Revision, Windows 10 or 11, AWCC & OC Controls versions, what was used to remove residual files. Please clarify "out of the technical support area". Has AWCC been working, what has changed? Thank you.

Please look at DELL invoice, it should say Alienware X17 R1 has been supplied with free first year Dell Warranty, and might say you have free four year extended Dell Warranty. It is clearly a recent purchase, and you are entitled to use the minimum first year Dell Warranty.
Using Programs & Features or uninstall AWCC fails to remove everything. Please use Revo Uninstaller Free to remove AWCC followed by Revo Advanced Scan to remove everything. Restart (not Shut Down) so that these changes are saved. Repeat Revo process to remove OC Controls.
