I'm having this issue as well. It just cropped up on my M15 shortly after purchasing and connecting a new HDR external monitor. Somehow this or a Windows Update must have broken something in the drivers. I tried the earlier available System Restore Points but that did not fix it.
Like you, my Device Manager now shows the internal monitor as Generic PnP, and it also shows Device Not Migrated error in the Driver Properties. I cannot find a color profile for the internal OLED 4k display. When I bring up Windows HDR settings, it shows Yes for Stream HDR Video but No for Use HDR and Use WCG Apps. It used to show Yes for all three.
Hi @Henisey2342 welcome to this user to user forum.
Bad Window Updates are known to mess with computer settings. If System Restore has been enabled on your OS (C:) drive, go back in time to the restore point that everything was working. If System Restore is not enabled, go to This PC, right click on OS (C:) drive, to open Properties, Tools tab, and run error checking to correct Windows, if window appears saying check is not necessary, select check disk anyway. This may take an hour to complete. Hopefully, the Windows OS will be repaired and all system functions reinstated after Restart. Remember to create a restore point when system functions are all reinstated.
Try going to settings and check for updates. Then there should be a section for installed updates so you can uninstall it and fix the issue if its related to updates.
If there's any updates that are optional make sure to install them.
