m15 R1, boot failure found on device

Hi guys

I have an m15 (i7-8750H, RTX 2060 6GB, 16GB, 128GB+1TB, 144 Hz). Initially, there were a host of issues with the laptop like fans not working, memory failure, screen bezels coming off and overheating.

They changed the screen, RAM, fans and the motherboard for these issues. Then, for some reason the system wasn't detecting the integrated Intel GPU and I was getting tons of blue screens. Essentially the laptop was working fine but if I opened any game at all, the whole system crashes in 3-5 minutes along with below average FPS. To try and fix this, they changed my motherboard again. The system was giving me this ePSA error on and off before the second motherboard change, but now this is a constant error that I get after every BSOD reboot. One constant issue is that after every BSOD there are no dump files being created.

I had also created a thread on the Microsoft website about the same issue (link below), and after performing every step they advised, in conjunction with the Dell Technical Support team, no solution seems to present itself.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
