m15 R1, GTX 1070, low FPS

Hi, I have a November 2018 Alienware m15 R1 laptop i7-8750H CPU  GTX 1070 max Q design and I am experiencing some troubles with my FPS in-game. I play WoW and I am having about 10-15 FPS. I have updated all the drivers and windows, I use the supportassist tool to keep my laptop updated. I have watched several video's how to increase maximize the gaming experience, but they haven't worked so far. 

I have changed the setting to always prefer the Nvidia GPU in the Nvidia control panel.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
