m15 R1, unable to uninstall AWCC?
Good Morning Everyone,
Need your advice on how to completely uninstall the AWCC (Alienware Command Center) completely. Package Manager Uninstaller gives me a complete message every time but the entry is always there and it goes through complete uninstall progress when I click the uninstall option.
I have two Command Center entries in my software list, and they are not removed, no matter how many times I uninstall them. Also, at windows restart I get a software installation notification for Command Center (Admin access request) but there is no such entry in the startup menu to check what is being installed.
Please advise the solution to ensure these are removed completely. I am trying to do a clean install of Alienware software on my system as I am having the Alienware client management services startup error

Alienware Command Center Suite Message:
Alienware Comand Center Package Manager Message:

Hi @wdmalik welcome to this free user-to-user Alienware laptop discussion forum.
I have used Revo Uninstaller Free to completely remove a program that won’t uninstall normally or when there are doubts that a program has not been completely uninstalled. Install and open Revo Uninstaller Free to find, then delete listed program followed by Advanced Scan to remove multiple files, folders, and/or Registry entries left on your system. A new window(s) will appear, click on delete all files. When finished, Restart (not Shut Down) so that this change is saved.

Thank you @crimsom for the response; I have already tried Revo uninstaller and deleted the leftover entries (files and registry entries for Command Center Suite & only registry entries for Command Center package manager) but nothing changes .. still the same situation.
Thank you

Thank you @crimsom, DSIM found some errors, and those were corrected but still has the same issue.
I am still getting the Command Center installation prompt at startup but I am unable to see from where it is initiated. Is there any way to find it please?
Thank you

Please run windows Reliability Monitor and wait for creation of event timeline. Then look to for any event that is related to the Command Center installation prompt at every start-up. @crimsom .. many thanks and I really appreciate your continued support.
I am attaching the screenshots as below; please note that I am unable to attach the XML report from the reliability monitor so I have attached the screenshot. The installation incidents are whenever I restarted my system.
I have also find AWCC drivers under device management (last screenshot), I have tried to uninstall them but they are installed automatically (one as successful and the other with an error).
