m15 R2, AWCC fails to load
I've read through some posts reporting similar but none of those fixes have solved my problem, sadly.
I'm running an out of warranty m15 R2 and my AWCC (Alienware Command Center) loads to a blank white screen. Initially, I see it attempting to load and I can see the icons grey in the background while its thinking. But after a minute or two the window turns white.
Steps I've Tried:
1. Removed / Reinstalled AWCC as instructed by Alienware (removing reg keys, command center folders, etc).
2. Reinstalled Windows Then reinstalling AWCC
3. Installed Factory Image. After doing so, I was hoping AWCC would be pre-loaded but it was not. So I had to download AWCC and experienced the same problem.
4. After doing all that Ive removed visual c runtimes and reinmstalled all of those before attempting AWCC install again as I've seen it suggested that this worked for someone else. My issue persists.
A side note: When I attempt a simple install of AWCC the system hangs at removing back up files.
Any help or suggestions are appreciated.
Thank you!

It may not help you but one of the other users noted earlier today that if you have Kaspersky Anti-virus installed then you will have issues with Command Center not loading.

What version of Command Center are you trying to install? Just make sure it's the correct one for your Service Tag.

Thank you for the reply. Im not running Kapersky so sadly that’s not a fix for me. I don’t know the version off the top of my head but I can check later. But it’s the version recommended for my machine / service tag and the latest update from dell.
