m15 R2, touchpad scrolling does not work
2 finger scrolling does not work, maybe 2% of time it works perfect the other 98% it's unusable.
I read/saw a few reviews with the same issue. I think all updates are good, expect the alienware command software that refuses to install correctly.
Is this a software issue that's getting looked into?
(I've had it for 3 weeks, having to use a mouse is crazy)

Yep I have the same problem,
Dell they replaced the track pad and still the same problem i think need to find a new software for this

I recently bought my m15 r2 and the scrolling from the touchpad is very laggy and it doesn't work a lot of the time.
