m15 R3, cannot turn off the keyboard backlight?

I recommend what @mattyb3 and @JOcean said.

You used to be able to select black as a colour in Command Center and I still can on my 510K and 510M. Is this an option in your version? You can select the whole system to Go Dark in the Task Bar icon tray by right clicking on the Green alienhead.

You use the Alienware Command Center Application to change the AlienFX. Your machine should have this program pre-installed but it is also available from the Dell Support page. Type your Service Tag in and you can get all the Drivers and Downloads specific for your laptop.

The m15 R3 keyboard commands are listed in the online m15 R3 Setup and Specifications PDF.

My M17 R3 does not work with this solution. Also, I can't customize my keyboard lighting as the option is no longer available on "FX" from my "Alienware Command Centre"

I am having this same problem with my m15 r5. i cant find or download alienware command centre, and every keyboard shortcut i try doesnt work.
