m15 R3, WD19TB dock stopped working

Hi all - for context, I have an Alienware m15 R3 connected to a Dell WD19TB (mouse, keyboard and 2 monitors). Everything was working perfectly fine for a while. Randomly, the monitors seem to not get detected anymore but my external mouse + keyboard both still work through the WD19TB. I tried many of the tips out there such as power cycling the dock, reinstalling drivers, etc. but nothing seems to work. Has this happened to anyone before? And if so, does anyone have a solution. Appreciate any help!

Hi @potayto welcome to this free user-to-user Alienware laptop discussion forum.

Please visit Device Manager to determine if any of the drivers have a problem. How to check and fix hardware issues with Device Manager error codes on Windows 10 | Windows Central.  Some users have to disconnect their dock, Restart (not Shut Down) before booting their laptop.

There is nothing in device manager that shows that it has a problem
