m15 R4, keyboard failure
I bought an Alienware m15 R4 for college. Two days after receiving, the keyboard became non-functional. No lights - no response. Laptop works with an external keyboard. That was July 21. Dell diagnosed and confirmed it was a hardware issue and replace the laptop. Kudos for customer support. Now just 2 months later the same issue. New laptop has a dead keyboard, again! Ready to give this lemon back to Dell and get another laptop.
Anyone else had this issue?

Update = After completing troubleshooting, a DELL-Cares agent setup a part replacement.

I recommend since you can get an external keyboard working to boot into ePSA test mode via pressing F12 when restarting to boot into the Test enviorment and see if anythings wrong. Does the keyboard light up or even work when entering the BIOS?
