m15 R5, battery not working at first use

Hello everyone,

I got my m15 R5 tonight. After having it unboxed, I plugged it with the original 240W charger, waited a few minutes and powered it on. Everything seemed to be fine. When I arrived on the desktop, I noticed that the battery level was 50%. Good!

Not really. After an hour, the battery didn't get any additional percentage. I tried to unplug the laptop to see if something would change, it simply shut down as if it was a simple desktop.

I've already tried to use another charging cable (I tried with a 130W charger from an old XPS), without success. I also tried to change the battery charge configuration on the BIOS. It was by default on "Adaptative", I turned it on Standard. Nothing changed.

Have you any idea of what could be the problem? According to the BIOS and CPUID HWMonitor, the battery is fine and just at 50% percents.
