Hi! My m15 R5 is having display issues, I have barely used it. It was blinking 2 blue 7 red.

I tried running an external screen and that was working, then I updated all drivers and bios through the supportassist (I think thats what it is called) and then it stopped displaying from both monitors. 

And then I took the bottom case off and It appears like I've purchased a refurbished unit! There's fingerprints all over the components and a screw head & the plastic clip around the screw is completely snapped off.

The screw head is also snapped off. There was also some clear plastic melted around a chip. Someone had forgotten to take it off.

So I put the case back on after unplugging the battery to hard reset, then I was able to restore BIOS to previous version, that now will let me use an external monitor but the systems monitor still won't work. It will only work for a few seconds on startup.

This laptop has literally only been used for like 15 hours max.
