m15 R5, memory being confusing
my laptop memory is being very confusing. my ram rated at 3600 is running at 2566. i tried to see if bios can fix it but
the settings for ram is grayed out.

Hi @Markiemoo142 welcome to this free user to user Alienware laptop discussion forum.
Support for Alienware m15 Ryzen Edition R5 Memory says it will accept up to 32GB of DDR4-3200 and the Crucial System Advisor tool Memory says it will accept up to 64GB of DDR4-3200.
Where does it say DDR4-3600 will be accepted?
